Shana has 13 years of running and racing experience. She started running at the age of 40 and still continues to progress in this sport. After training under a coach for 6 years, her amount of knowledge in the sport of running has vastly grown. Through learning how to train properly and reduce injury, this has led her to want to pursue helping others achieve their goals and dreams. Shana is an RRCA certified run coach with a running history of 50 half marathons, 13 marathons, numerous shorter distance races, age group wins in the 5K & half marathon distances and a Boston Marathon Qualifier.
